We’re wrapping up Day 3 of Photoshop World in Las Vegas, and it has been one of the most exciting shows to date! Here are some highlights:
At the keynote on Day 1, we announced that our loyal customers who own a Photoshop CS3-CS6 license will be eligible to receive a Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 bundle for $9.99/month. Read more about that announcement here. Also at the keynote, our own Jeff Tranberry was inducted into the Photoshop Hall of Fame.
For the first time at Photoshop World, we invited an artist to take the stage to inspire the passionate Photoshop community. The highly talented Brooke Shaden shared reasons to be true to your own photography style and workflow.
At the Adobe booth, we hosted our first-ever Photoshop Live Codeathon. Real Photoshop engineers wrote real source code in real time on the show floor. Customers had the opportunity to submit feature requests and take photos with the team.

Russell Brown hosted a pre-show workshop all about one of the latest trends in digital imaging: aerial photography. At the Adobe booth, he trained attendees how to correct lens distortion and stitch aerial photographs together.

Last but not least, we sponsored 30 photography students from the College of Southern Nevada to attend the show free of cost as Photoshop World Insiders. Photoshop product managers met with students during a social hour to learn about their careers, gather product feedback, and learn about how the next generation of creatives is using social media to build their careers.
#PSW13 day 1 was a blast! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting some of the @Photoshop team. Can’t wait for day 2! Will post pix later.
